Indulgent creamy polenta by Curtis Stone - ideal for savoring rich sauces!
Ingredients:
  • 750ml milk
  • 110g polenta
  • 40g parmesan
  • 125g mascarpone
  • 40g butter
Instructions:
  • 1. Heat milk in a saucepan until boiling. Gradually add polenta while whisking constantly. Reduce heat and cook for about 4 mins until creamy.
  • Take the pan off the heat and mix in parmesan, mascarpone, and butter. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
