Tropical fruits, green tea, and Greek yogurt make a creamy and refreshing smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (2 g) bag green tea bag
  • 1 large orange, peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt
Instructions:
  • Pour piping hot water into a bowl and steep green tea for 5 minutes.
  • In a blender, combine orange, pineapple, and kiwi fruit. Remove tea bag from tea and pour tea into the blender with the fruit; blend until smooth. Finally, add yogurt and blend until creamy.
