Effortless chicken dish with savory sauce and crispy stuffing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) whole chicken
  • 8 ounces dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1.25 cups chicken broth (from boiling the chicken)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Arrange the boneless chicken pieces in a gently greased 9x13 inch baking dish, then evenly scatter the stuffing mix over the chicken.
  • Combine soups, broth, and evaporated milk in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour mixture over stuffing in the baking dish, ensuring even distribution (use a fork to poke and let it soak through). Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes until bubbling in the center.
