Elevate your holiday meal with Curtis Stone's creamy miso mayo, perfect for topping fresh prawns as a festive seafood appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 300g mayonnaise
  • 60g spring onion
  • 80ml lemon juice
  • 100g miso
  • 20.00 ml sambal oelek or chilli paste
  • 6.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
  • Combine mayonnaise, spring onions, lemon juice, miso, sambal oelek or chili paste, sesame seeds, ginger, and oil in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and well mixed. Season with salt to taste.
