Indulge in Curtis Stone's vibrant strawberry smoothie bowls, bursting with natural goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 250g strawberries, hulled, halved, frozen
  • 250.00 ml crushed ice
  • 140g yoghurt
  • 20g rolled oats
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 8 small fresh mint leaves
  • 100g strawberries, extra, thinly sliced crossways
  • 40.00 ml granola
  • 10.40 gm shaved or shredded coconut
  • 40.00 ml natural sliced almonds
  • 1/4 tsp poppy seeds
  • Honey, extra, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Combine frozen strawberries, ice, yogurt, oats, honey, half of the mint leaves, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 cup (60ml) water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Divide the luscious strawberry mixture evenly between 2 serving bowls. Sprinkle the vibrant sliced strawberries, crunchy granola, sweet coconut, and nutty almonds on top. Enjoy the delightful harmony of flavors and textures!
  • Top the smoothie bowls with a sprinkle of poppy seeds and the remaining mint leaves. Drizzle with an extra drizzle of honey and serve right away.
