The refreshing Cusco cocktail features pisco brandy, Aperol, and a blend of lemon, grapefruit, and lime juices.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes
  • 2 fluid ounces pisco
  • 1 fluid ounce lime juice
  • 0.75 fluid ounce bitter orange aperitif (such as Aperol®)
  • 0.75 fluid ounce simple syrup
  • 0.5 fluid ounce lemon juice
  • 0.5 fluid ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1 lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add pisco, lime juice, bitter orange aperitif, simple syrup, lemon juice, and grapefruit juice. Shake briefly to mix well. Strain the mixture into a tall glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
