Irresistible whole wheat pancakes recipe to please a crowd, Dad's specialty!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.3333333730698 cups dry milk powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 cups water
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
Instructions:
  • Combine all-purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in whole wheat flour. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, water, butter, and vinegar. Create a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Stir until smooth.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle. Cook until both sides are golden brown, then serve hot.
