Crowd-pleasing crispy chicken wings coated in buttery hot sauce, double-grilled for maximum flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 5 pounds chicken wings
  • 0.25 teaspoon poultry seasoning salt, or to taste
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
  • 0.25 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Trim the wings and discard the tips. Season generously with poultry seasoning, garlic salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches a medium temperature and lightly grease the grate with oil.
  • Grill wings until golden brown and the thermometer reads 165°F near the bone, about 45 minutes. Keep grill hot after removing the wings.
  • In a deep, microwave-safe serving dish, mix hot sauce and butter. Microwave for approximately 1 minute until the butter is melted. Stir well to combine.
  • After grilling the wings, generously coat them in sauce and grill for 3 minutes. Dip the wings into the sauce again, grill for an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Serve in a dish with extra sauce.
