Creamy guacamole salsa, perfect for tacos, meats, or dipping chips.
Ingredients:
  • 5 fresh tomatillos, husks removed
  • 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, stems removed
  • 0.33333334326744 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 onion, chopped
  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and cut into large chunks
  • 0.5 lime, juiced
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil water in a saucepan. Boil tomatillos until slightly soft, about 3 to 4 minutes; then transfer to a blender.
  • In a blender, blend together jalapeno peppers, cilantro, onion, avocado, water, lime juice, black pepper, and tomatillos until smooth and creamy. Season with salt before serving.
