Delicious dark chocolate raspberry truffles - the ultimate Christmas gift.
Ingredients:
  • 200g granita biscuits
  • 395g can Nestlé Sweetened condensed milk
  • 50g butter, chopped
  • 375g Nestlé Bakers choice dark chocolate melts
  • 110g jam
  • 210g almond
Instructions:
  • Pulse the biscuits in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine condensed milk, butter, 100g of Nestlé Baker’s Choice Dark Melts, and jam. Stir until melted and smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Mix in biscuit crumbs, then transfer the mixture to a shallow heatproof container. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to slightly firm up.
  • Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roll the mixture into 2 teaspoon-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking tray. Freeze for 1 hour or until the balls are firm.
  • Melt the rest of the Nestlé Baker’s Choice Dark Melts in a microwave-safe bowl on medium (50%) for 3 minutes, stirring once with a metal spoon until smooth. Spread the almonds on a plate. Dip the balls in the chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Roll them in the almonds and then place them on a lined tray in the fridge until they set.
