This versatile sweet and spicy salsa pairs perfectly with lamb, pork, or tagine dishes.
Ingredients:
  • 100g date
  • 30g pistachio
  • 125.00 ml shredded fresh mint leaves
  • 500g orange
Instructions:
  • Mix together dates, pistachios, and fresh mint in a bowl.
  • Peel and cut oranges into segments, reserving the membrane. Cut orange segments in half and add them to the salsa. Squeeze the reserved orange membrane over the salsa, then discard it. Gently toss everything together and serve.
