Transform corn chips and chili into a delicious casserole with olives and Cheddar cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (22 ounce) package corn chips (such as Fritos®)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans chili without beans (such as Hormel®)
  • 1 (32 ounce) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Arrange corn chips in a baking dish and evenly scatter olives on top.
  • In a large bowl, combine chili and water, then pour over olives and corn chips. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of the chili.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, for approximately 20 minutes.
