Elevate traditional cranberry sauce with prunes and raspberry jam for a unique and delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup pitted prunes, quartered
  • 0.66666668653488 cup water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
  • In a 3-quart saucepan, mix cranberries, prunes, water, raspberry jam, sugar, vinegar, salt, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, stir occasionally. Simmer on medium heat until thick and most cranberries burst, about 10 minutes. Cool, then transfer to a lidded container. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
