Deborah's Slow Cooker Collard Greens

Slow-cooked greens with diced ham and beef broth for a smoky, flavorful side dish.
Ingredients:
2 (10.75 ounce) cansbeef stock
1 (10 ounce) candiced tomatoes with green chiles
1cupchoppedonion
1cupdiced fully cookedham
2teaspoons red wine vinegar
1teaspoonwhite sugar
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonseasoned salt
0.5 teaspoonred pepper flakes
1bay leaf
2bunchescollard greens, thinly sliced
2bunchesmustard greens, thinly sliced
2bunchesturnip greens, thinly sliced
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, layer the beef stock, diced tomatoes with green chiles, onion, ham, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes, and bay leaf. Top with collard greens, mustard greens, and turnip greens in the same order given.
Slow cook until greens are incredibly tender, for 4 to 6 hours.
