Savory Creole sliders with melty Cheddar and creamy mayo - perfect for a fast bake or grill.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning (such as Tony Cachere's®)
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (15 ounce) package slider buns (such as Pepperidge Farm®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise together and chill in the fridge.
  • Combine ground beef with a flavorful blend of salt, pepper, Creole seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder. Shape into 12 slider patties and arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Place the patties in the preheated oven and flip them once during baking for approximately 15 minutes. Once done, top each patty with the cheese-mayonnaise mixture and return to the oven until the cheese has melted, which should take about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve the patties on slider buns.
