1teaspoonmeat tenderizer

Instructions:
Collect all of the ingredients needed for the recipe.
Make the marinade by mixing together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, brown sugar, salt, pepper, meat tenderizer, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a glass bowl.
In a 9x13-inch glass baking dish, lay down the beef strips and generously pour the marinade over them. Mix well until all the strips are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight to marinate.
Take the beef strips out of the bowl and sandwich them between two sheets of plastic wrap, then gently pound them to a 1/8-inch thickness.
Lay out the beef strips evenly on the dehydrator trays. Dehydrate at the highest setting until the jerky reaches your desired level of doneness, a minimum of 4 hours.
