Decadent vanilla cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, chilled to perfection for irresistible creaminess.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs and butter in a mixing bowl, then press mixture into the bottom of the springform pan using your hands.
  • In a large bowl, cream the softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla, and beat until mixture is smooth. Pour into the springform pan and sprinkle 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs over the top.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool, then refrigerate until chilled.
