Crunchy almonds and ramen noodles coated in a creamy dressing create a irresistibly delicious summer salad.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.125 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 (3 ounce) package Oriental-flavored ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 (12 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.25 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
Instructions:
  • Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and ramen noodle seasoning in a bowl, then place in the refrigerator to chill.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, toast ramen noodles and almonds in olive oil and sesame oil until golden brown, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes. Cool once done.
  • In a bowl, toss together ramen noodles, almonds, broccoli coleslaw mix, onion, sunflower seeds, and dressing until everything is well-coated.
