Dorsey's Fish & Oyster House Crab Cakes

Ingredients:
1.5 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning™
2tablespoons biscuit baking mix
1tablespoondried parsley
2tablespoons mayonnaise
1tablespoonprepared mustard
1egg, beaten
0.25 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1poundcrabmeat
2quarts vegetable oilfor frying
Instructions:
Combine Old Bay™ seasoning, baking mix, and parsley in a medium mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, egg, and Worcestershire sauce to the dry ingredients. Gently fold in crab meat and shape mixture into 6 to 8 balls.
Heat a generous layer of oil in a spacious, sturdy skillet until it reaches 365 degrees F (185 degrees C). Carefully add the crab cake balls and gently press them down with a spatula. After 3 minutes, or once one side is nicely browned, flip the crab cakes. Fry until fully cooked, then transfer to paper towels to drain.
