Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans) and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Prepare the cake mix following the instructions on the box to make 24 delicious cupcakes. Let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely for about 30 minutes before enjoying!
Mix food coloring into the frosting until it turns a vibrant purple hue, then generously frost the cupcakes.
For each cupcake, top with miniature chocolate chips for hair, 2 candy-coated candies for eyes, 3 licorice candies for nose and mouth, and 2 white baking chips for fangs.
