Ingredients:
  • 3 carrots, peeled
  • 3 parsnips, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Place the carrots and parsnips in a baking dish, then generously drizzle with olive oil and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Next, drizzle honey over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together once more to evenly distribute the flavors.
  • Roast in the oven until vegetables are perfectly tender, approximately 40 minutes.
