Zesty Egyptian dip perfect for bread and veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 6.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 20.00 ml cumin seeds
  • 20.00 ml coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1.20 gm sea salt
  • 60g hazelnuts
Instructions:
  • Toast sesame seeds, cumin seeds, and coriander seeds in a frying pan over low heat.
  • Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and sesame seeds are lightly toasted.
  • Combine the sesame seed mixture, cracked black pepper, sea salt, and hazelnuts in a food processor.
  • Pulse until finely minced.
