Ingredients:
0.66666668653488 cuphazelnuts
0.5 cupsesame seeds
2tablespoons coriander seeds
2tablespoons cumin seeds
2tablespoons freshly groundblack pepper
1teaspoonflaked sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C).
Spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven until fragrant, around 5 minutes. Transfer the hot nuts onto a tea towel, fold the towel over them, and rub vigorously to remove the skins. Let them cool.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they turn a beautiful light golden brown. Then, transfer the toasted seeds to a medium bowl and set aside.
In a skillet, toast coriander and cumin seeds until they start to pop, then grind them in a food processor. Combine with sesame seeds. In the same food processor, grind hazelnuts until fine, then mix into the seed mixture. Season with pepper and salt, and mix thoroughly.
