Spicy, flavorful seafood dish perfect for busy families.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (about 200g each) skinless salmon fillets
  • 62.50 ml pistachio dukkah
  • Olive oil spray
  • Saffron rice, to serve
  • Steamed asparagus, to serve
Instructions:
  • Coat salmon fillets with pistachio dukkah by pressing gently. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and spray with oil.
  • Sear salmon for 1-2 minutes per side until perfectly cooked to your preference.
  • Plate the salmon alongside the saffron rice, asparagus, and lemon wedges.
