Indulge in vibrant Dunkaroos™ Rainbow and Marshmallow Cookie Sandwiches made with 4 simple ingredients: Dunkaroos™ mix and vanilla frosting. Let's bake up a sweet treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (12.6 oz) Betty Crocker™ Dunkaroos™ Rainbow + Marshmallow Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1 1/4 cups from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Dunkaroos™ Vanilla Frosting with Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine cookie mix, softened butter, and egg in a medium bowl until you form a soft dough. Scoop the dough using rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 1/2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until edges set and turn golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack. Let cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Take a sandwich cookie and generously spread approximately 2 tablespoonfuls of frosting on the bottom of one cookie. Place another cookie on top, bottom side down, and gently press the two together. Store in an airtight container with waxed paper between layers to maintain freshness.
