Sauteed chicken breasts braised in Marsala wine and cream with mushrooms and green onion. Delicious Chicken Marsala!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onion
  • 0.33333298563957 cup Marsala wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.33333298563957 cup heavy cream
  • 0.125 cup milk
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in olive oil until fully cooked and juices run clear, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Saute mushrooms and green onions until tender, then pour in Marsala wine and bring to a boil.
  • Boil for 2 to 4 minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add cream and milk, then simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through.
