Delicious and foolproof gluten-free vanilla birthday cake, ideal for special celebrations and ready to decorate.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.66666668653488 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl and whisk until evenly mixed. Add butter and beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in milk and vanilla extract until creamy, for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer batter to the prepared cake pan.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes.
