Quick and flavorful horseradish aioli, perfect for roast beef sandwiches or veggie dip.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup good quality mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic granules
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • lemon slices for optional garnish
Instructions:
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise with spicy horseradish and savory garlic granules in a small bowl. Add a sprinkle of salt to enhance the flavors.
  • Transfer the dish to a serving platter and garnish generously with freshly chopped parsley. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to serving.
  • Garnish with optional lemon slices. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
