Easy Raspberry Brownies

Indulgent fudgy brownies with a perfect balance of sweet flavors and chewy texture. Delightful!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare and bake brownie mix according to package directions with water, oil, and eggs in a 13x9-inch pan. Allow to cool fully for about 1 hour.
  • Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, and preserves in a small bowl using an electric mixer until velvety. Spread the mixture over the brownies and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Combine chocolate and butter in a small microwavable bowl and microwave uncovered on Medium (50%) for about 1 minute, or until the mixture can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over the brownies and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour, or until the chocolate is firm. Cut into 18 brownies by making 6 rows of 3. Keep the brownies covered in the refrigerator for storage.
