Quick and easy royal icing with cream of tartar, ideal for decorating gingerbread houses and Christmas cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Combine confectioners' sugar and cream of tartar, sifting them together in a large bowl.
