Whip up a delicious and nutritious cannelloni bake with just six simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 750g fresh reduced-fat ricotta cheese
  • 150g baby spinach leaves, chopped
  • 4 fresh lasagne pasta sheets
  • 550.00 gm Italian tomato pasta sauce
  • 75g grated Tasty Cheese Block (500g)
  • 60g baby rocket
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Combine ricotta and spinach in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
  • Divide each lasagne sheet in half. Spread a generous 1/3 cup of flavorful ricotta filling down the center of each piece. Roll up the sheet tightly around the creamy filling. Repeat the process with the rest of the ricotta mixture and lasagne sheets.
  • In an ovenproof dish, layer half of the passata sauce on the bottom. Place the pasta tubes seam side down on top of the sauce. Cover the pasta with the remaining sauce and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the top is golden brown. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh rocket on top.
