Indulgent peanut butter pie with chocolate cookie crust - perfect for any celebration!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie pie crust (such as Oreo®)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine creamy cream cheese and sweet powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. Blend in rich peanut butter until fully combined. Gently fold in airy whipped topping until the mixture becomes fluffy.
  • Transfer the delectable mixture into the flaky pie crust. Chill in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Allow the pie to thaw at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and enjoy!
