  • 1 (28 ounce) jar garden vegetable pasta sauce
  • 1 (11 ounce) log goat cheese, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect bake.
  • Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by generously coating it with cooking spray.
  • Create a stylish base in the dish by elegantly laying down a quarter of the eggplant slices.
  • Spread a generous amount of pasta sauce over the eggplant layer.
  • Spread pasta sauce evenly and artistically, then elegantly sprinkle one fourth of the goat cheese slices on top.
  • Continue layering three more times with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a final layer of creamy goat cheese on top.
