Delicious beef meatloaf with onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor. Great for sandwiches too!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups Italian-style dried bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine beef, egg, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix in soup mix, cheese, and bread crumbs until fully incorporated. Transfer mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan and cover with foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
