Easy Butterscotch Chocolate Fudge with marshmallow creme and nuts, no thermometer needed.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 0.75 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup butterscotch chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 8-inch square dish by lining it with foil.
  • In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pecans, and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Pour into prepared dish.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours until set. Remove the dish, peel off the foil, and slice into pieces.
