Create a quick and delicious Asian coleslaw using beef ramen noodles and coleslaw mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (28 ounce) package coleslaw mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package beef-flavored ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sunflower seed kernels
  • 0.5 cup slivered almonds
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 0.5 cup canola oil
  • 0.5 cup vinegar
Instructions:
  • Combine coleslaw mix, broken ramen noodles, sunflower seed kernels, almonds, green onions, and water chestnuts in a large bowl.
  • Combine ramen noodle seasoning, canola oil, vinegar, and sugar in a separate bowl, whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Drizzle over the salad and toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
