Russian walnut tea cakes, a delightful treat rolled in sugar, ideal for parties.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.33333334326744 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration
Instructions:
  • Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Chill the dough in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Shape dough into 1-inch balls and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Roll the freshly baked item in confectioners' sugar while it's still hot until completely coated. Allow it to cool before lightly dusting with more confectioners' sugar.
