Make creamy Irish cream liqueur at home using chocolate, cream, and whiskey.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 3.5 fluid ounces Irish whiskey, or more to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon hot water
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Combine chocolate chips and butter in a glass bowl and microwave on high for about 30 seconds until chips are softened. Stir until smooth, microwaving for an additional 15 seconds if needed. Mix in Irish whiskey until smooth.
  • In a small pitcher, blend hot water with coffee granules. Add chocolate mixture, sweetened condensed milk, and cream. Stir until velvety and smooth.
  • Chill mixture in the refrigerator until cold, for a minimum of 20 minutes.
