Ingredients:
  • 2 cups queijo coalho cheese curds
  • 0.5 pound pineapple
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions:
  • Get the grill ready by preheating it to medium heat and gently oil the grate.
  • Grill queijo coalho cheese and pineapple until golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes. Then, cool on a plate until easy to handle.
  • Dice the grilled queijo coalho cheese and pineapple with a sharp knife, then place them in a bowl. Sprinkle brown sugar over the mixture and toss until everything is coated evenly.
