Create accordion potatoes: creamy inside, crispy outside guaranteed.
Ingredients:
  • 6 Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425°F (220°C).
  • Make delicate, thin slices in each potato without cutting all the way through.
  • Combine the olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, and celery salt in a bowl, then transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Add the potatoes, seal the bag, and shake well to evenly coat.
  • Place the potatoes in a baking dish and set aside the flavorful oil mixture in a small bowl. Generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the potatoes.
  • Bake potatoes in a preheated oven for 30 minutes until the layers start to separate and the potatoes are slightly tender. Brush the potatoes with the reserved oil mixture, gently pulling the layers apart if needed. Bake for an additional 30 to 40 minutes until the potatoes are crispy on the edges and easily pierced with a knife.
