Indulgent Bundt® cake oozing with strawberry jelly, topped with a luscious sweet icing - a crowd favorite for all!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package butter cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup seedless strawberry jam
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a fluted tube pan like a Bundt®.
  • Combine cake mix, eggs, milk, and butter until smooth. Transfer into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Core the cake by gently creating holes along the center using an apple corer, being careful not to pierce through completely. Remove the corer from the cake before making the next hole, maintaining a 1/2-inch border on the inside and outside edges of the pan.
  • Microwave strawberry jam for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until jam is smooth and pourable. Pour the warm jam into the holes and allow the cake to rest in the pan for at least 1 hour.
  • Use a table knife to gently loosen the cake from the edges of the pan, then carefully flip it onto a serving plate.
  • Combine powdered sugar and milk until fully mixed. Gently brush the glaze over the cake and allow it to sit overnight for the flavors to develop.
