Indulge in these amazing chocolate chip cookies!
Ingredients:
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl using a fork. Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully mixed before adding the next. Stir in vanilla with the last egg. Gently mix in the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Shape the dough into 24 balls, each using 3 tablespoons of dough. Flatten the balls to 1/4-inch thickness on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes until the edges turn golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 20 minutes until the centers start to set.
