Succulent pork chops cooked in savory fennel, garlic, and white wine sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic salt, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seed
  • 1 cup white wine
Instructions:
  • Season both sides of the pork chops generously with garlic salt, ensuring even coverage without overdoing it.
  • Drizzle olive oil in a skillet. Add pork chops and generously sprinkle each with 10 to 15 fennel seeds. Cook until each side is beautifully browned, flipping occasionally.
  • Pour the wine into the pan and cover, simmer for 10 minutes. Flip the pork chops, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes, ensuring the wine doesn't completely evaporate to prevent burning. Add more wine or water if needed.
