Exciting beer and hot sauce shrimp recipe with a twist - don't waste a drop of beer!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails attached
  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon hot sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well to coat the shrimp. Transfer the mixture to a large shallow dish and refrigerate, allowing it to marinate for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Preheat broiler. Drain shrimp and skewer onto six 14-inch skewers in a flat position. Arrange skewers on a lightly greased broiler pan rack.
  • Broil shrimp skewers 5 inches below the heat for 3 minutes. Flip skewers and broil for 1 to 2 more minutes until shrimp are pink. Enjoy warm with a cold beer.
