Impressive stuffed chicken Florentine: Bone-in chicken filled with spinach, Parmesan, and gooey mozzarella topping. Perfect for guests!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 0.25 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine spinach, Parmesan cheese, and onion in a bowl. Fill each chicken breast with a quarter of the mixture. Arrange the stuffed breasts in a 9x13-inch baking dish and top with spaghetti sauce.
  • Roast in the warm oven until fully cooked with clear juices, around 35 minutes. Verify doneness by reaching 165°F (74°C) in the center with an instant-read thermometer. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until gooey, for about 5 minutes.
