Crazy Strawberry dessert: Strawberries in sweet balsamic, topped with grated chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, grated, or to taste
Instructions:
- Combine balsamic vinegar, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss in strawberries until coated; chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Finish with a sprinkling of grated chocolate on top before serving.
