Fresh Cranberry Relish

Whip up a vibrant cranberry relish with chopped cranberries, crushed pineapple, Mandarin oranges, and fresh apple chunks - no cooking required!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and cut into wedges
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, pulse together cranberries, pineapple, apples, and oranges until finely chopped. Sweeten with sugar, if desired. Refrigerate before serving.
