Ingredients:
  • 1/2 (about 2.2kg) seedless watermelon, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • Mint leaves, to serve
  • Ice cubes, to serve
Instructions:
  • Blend watermelon, ginger, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Optional: add sugar to taste.
  • Pass the mixture through a fine sieve into a serving jug. Incorporate mint and ice cubes, then stir well to blend. Serve promptly.
