Assorted star candy sprinkles, gold and silver nonpareils
Instructions:
Prepare a 17 1/2x12 1/2x1-inch cookie sheet by lining it with cooking parchment paper.
In a small bowl, empty the berry yogurt tubes and stir. Then, separate the strawberry yogurt tubes into two small bowls. Add 1 teaspoon of blue gel food color to one bowl and 1/4 teaspoon to the other. Stir both gently to create a marbled effect with streaks of deeper blue in each.
Spoon dollops of each yogurt onto parchment paper in a 12x10-inch area in a random pattern. Swirl the yogurt colors with a spatula to create a galaxy-like pattern. Smooth the surface with a bench scraper or flat metal spatula to make it even and about 1/4-inch thick.
Sprinkle cereals, berries, and sprinkles on top. Freeze for 30 minutes with a loose foil cover. Return to the freezer for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours until set. Break apart and serve right away. Store any leftovers in a covered container in the freezer.
