Flavorful garlic spread perfect for toast or mayo.
Ingredients:
  • 2 whole garlic bulbs
  • 2 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 fresh bay leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200/180 fan forced. Carefully slice off the tops of the garlic bulbs using a sharp knife.
  • Place thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, and garlic on 2 pieces of baking paper. Drizzle with oil, season generously, then fold and seal the edges to create a parcel. Transfer onto a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.
  • Spread the roasted garlic over toast or incorporate it into mayonnaise or softened butter.
